Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026. This policy explains what Hooded Sharp collects on hoodedsharp.com.

What we collect

• Members: when you sign in with Whop we receive your Whop user ID, name and email, and your membership status.
• Removal requests: the profile, your email and the details you send us.
• Server logs kept by our host: IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and reliability.

We set two strictly necessary cookies, only when you sign in: a session cookie that keeps a member signed in for up to 7 days, and a sign-in state cookie that lives 10 minutes while you are sent to Whop and back. Public pages set no cookie. We run no advertising trackers. Payment card details go to Whop, never to us.

Public capper data

We collect posts that cappers publish publicly, to grade them. We keep our first copy of each post. A capper can ask for removal through the removal form.

Who processes data for us

Whop (payments and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at support@hoodedsharp.com. California residents have the rights the CCPA gives them; we do not sell personal information.

Retention

Member records are kept while your membership is active and as long as tax and dispute rules require after it ends. The membership notices Whop sends us (which include your email) are kept for 90 days, after which only the notice's id, type and time remain. Removal requests are kept until we have dealt with them and for a year after.

Age

The service is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
