Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026. These terms are between you and Hooded Sharp ("we"), which operates hoodedsharp.com.

The service

The Hooded Sharp publishes information and analysis about picks that sports cappers post publicly, graded against results and closing prices. We are not a sportsbook. We do not take bets, hold funds or place wagers for anyone.

Who may use it

You must be at least 21 years old and use the service only where sports betting information is lawful for you.

Membership and billing

  • New members: $1 for 7 days, then $9.99/week until you cancel. Cancel anytime on Whop.
  • Returning members: $9.99/week until you cancel, no trial.

A returning member is anyone who has had a membership before. Membership renews automatically every 7 days until you cancel. Payments are processed by Whop; we are the supplier of the service. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Charges already made are not refunded except where the law requires it.

No guarantees, no advice

Records describe the past. Past results do not guarantee future results, and nothing on the site is betting, investment or financial advice. You are responsible for any bet you place.

Third parties

The Hooded Sharp is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X, Reddit, YouTube, Polymarket or any capper listed. Capper names and handles identify the public accounts whose posts we grade. A capper can ask for removal through the removal form.

Acceptable use

Membership is for one person. Do not share your account, resell or republish member content, or scrape the site. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including betting losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before a claim.
